A Tasty Way of Eating Crushed Sesame
When cooking with Crushed Sesame, heat beforehand around one tbsp. of sesame for 20 seconds in a 500-watt microwave oven. This will increase the flavor, making it even tastier. However, take care not to exceed 20 seconds, since overheating the sesame may tarnish the flavor.
