Sesame Soy Sauce
No need for tedious stock making! Enjoy this restaurant taste at home
This Sesame Soy Sauce rivals that of restaurants with authentic taste from special stock. It can be used for one-time meals and it even shortens the cooking time. The special stock is made from such ingredients as long fermented soy sauce made from non-processed soybeans and wheat grown in Japan, domestic katsuobushi, sababushi and sodabushi, and kombu from Hokkaido. Aromatic deep roasted sesame and red sake (used by professionals as a substitute for rice wine) are then added to achieve a natural elegant flavor.

It can be used with various soy-sauce seasoned dishes, such as pickles, blue mackerel, boiled fish and teriyaki. Since no chemical seasoning is used, it will give your dishes a natural savor. Also, the amount of salt used is half that of dense soy sauce so there is no need to worry about salt.
