| This handmade sesame sweet bean jelly is great for those who enjoy Japanese sweets. This traditional sweet is made in a copper kettle used for about 30 years by a professional Kyoto sweets maker. The ingredients, kidney beans, sugar, starch syrup, etc., are thoroughly cooked in the kettle, poured into their molds, naturally cooled and then hand made by little pieces at a time.
