Sesame Salt Sauce

With this elegantly flavored salt sauce, stir fried dishes can be easily made and fatty meats are given a freshness. It is made with soup stock from kombu from Rishiri in Hokkaido as the base, adding salt from Amakusa in Kumamoto, juice of lemons grown in Japan and Onizaki’s Squeezed White Sesame Oil.

It can be used as salt seasoning in a range of dishes such as cooked chicken, pork and fish, pasta and pickles. No chemical seasoning is used. Also, the garlic is minimal, so there is no need to worry about its smell. This is a must for busy housewives.
