Chicken and Asparagus in a Creamy Sesame Sauce
A simple side dish that goes splendidly with rice

Ingredients (2 Servings)
  • 100g chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 asparagus shoots
  • 1/2 onion, cut into 5mm (1/4") wedges
  • 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms, divided into small clusters
  • 3 tbsp. Onizaki's Creamy Sesame Dressing
  • Oil - to taste
  • Salt and pepper - to taste
Cooking Directions
  1. Cut off the hard lower end of the asparagus and peel off the edges. Cut into 3cm pieces and boil.
  2. Put the oil in a heated frying pan and cook the onion. Add the chicken meat, shimeji and 1. Once the chicken meat is cooked, add the salt and pepper.
  3. Add Creamy Sesame Dressing to 2. and mix together.

Make sure to add enough salt and pepper!
