Ingredients (2 Servings)
- 100g chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 asparagus shoots
- 1/2 onion, cut into 5mm (1/4") wedges
- 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms, divided into small clusters
- 3 tbsp. Onizaki's Creamy Sesame Dressing
- Oil - to taste
- Salt and pepper - to taste
Cooking Directions
- Cut off the hard lower end of the asparagus and peel off the edges. Cut into 3cm pieces and boil.
- Put the oil in a heated frying pan and cook the onion. Add the chicken meat, shimeji and 1. Once the chicken meat is cooked, add the salt and pepper.
- Add Creamy Sesame Dressing to 2. and mix together.
