Ingredients (2 Servings)
- 1/2 potato
- 1/2 small onion
- 300ml of milk
- 2 sticks Onizaki's Sesame Paste (White) Stick Type
- 1 bouillon cube
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Parsley – to taste
Cooking Directions
- Peel the potato and slice into pieces 5mm thick. Soak in water for a while. Thinly slice the onion.
- Place 1. in a small pot and add enough water to cover the ingredients. Bring to a boil.
- Once 2. has boiled, add the bouillon cube. After the potato is cooked, remove the pot from the heat and drain, leaving only a little soup remaining.
- Place the milk, Sesame Paste (White) Stick Type and 3. in a mixer and mix until smooth.
- Pour 4. in a pot and cook over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. (If the soup seems too thick, add about 50ml of water.) Serve in a bowl and sprinkle parsley over the top.
